Maven Creative Company was founded by Mia Lepe, a content producer with a decade of work in digital marketing management and her husband, filmmaker Candelario Torres. We launched Maven with creative instincts, real marketing experience, and a mission to help brands be seen with clarity and intention.
Today, we produce narrative-driven content for brands that want to lead with story and grow with strategy.
We look out for each other so we can do our best work.
Creative work should move people, not just chase clicks.
You don’t need a big budget to make a lasting impression.
Scrappy can still be smart—strategy and resourcefulness go hand in hand.
We help businesses who are ready to grow — but want to grow the right way. From local legends to national brands, we work with teams who believe in what they’re building — and just need the right creative partner to help them show it. Whether you’re an a founder-led brand, a retail disruptor, an auto group, or a service-based business with a story to tell — we’re here to build it with you.
We start with a conversation — a discovery call to understand what you do, what you care about, and where you want to go.
Sometimes that takes more than one call. We’re okay with that. We’d rather ask the right questions than rush toward the wrong solution. Think of this as your writer’s room. The place where your business turns into a narrative.
From there, we take everything we’ve learned and shape a creative direction that fits your business. That might mean producing a brand deck — your central document for messaging, visuals, tone, and positioning — or diving straight into campaign planning if you’re ready to go.
Some people call it a brand bible. We don’t. A bible doesn’t change. But marketing is a science — and science requires experimentation. We believe your brand should evolve with you. So we treat this document like a living foundation: solid enough to keep you grounded, flexible enough to grow with you.
Once we’re aligned, we build.
That might mean a content series, a full campaign, or ongoing creative support. Whatever the scope, we work like part of your team — with the process and polish of a production house, and the instinct of people who’ve built things before.
